Bike ride
My family and I went on a bike ride. It was so much fun. The route I go is just around the park then I go on the main north road. It is around 2km so not that far but I like it. Sometimes my sister will take my bike I have to take her bike. My dad walks the lap but he enjoys it. That is my bike ride route hope you like it and maybe you can go on my route.

ReplyDeleteIt is great to hear you have been exercising with your family! Biking must be something nice and different to do with all your football training!
Have you been biking at Adventure Park before? It has a really cool track you can do with some obstacles.
Perhaps next time you could add a picture to go with your blog post.
