Baking

In the weekend my sister and I made some cookies yum. We made ice cookies, chocolate chip and double choclate chip cookies. It took my sister and I one hour. I forgot the ice cookies recipe but here is the choclate chip recipe.

Ingredients: 100 g butter, 2 Tablespoons condensed milk, 1 Cup flour, 1/4 cups of chocolate chips, 1/3 cup sugur 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Method:
1. turn the oven onto fanbake at 180.
2.Cut the butter in about 6 pieces and place in a bowl that you are using.
3. Put in the microwave for 20 secs.
you are just softening the butter, not melting it completely.
4.Add suger, condensed milk and vanllia
5.Cream the mixture by stirring with a woodspoon until there
are no more lump of butter.
6.Gradually stir in flour and baking powder.
7. lastly stir in the chocolate chip.
8.Put spoonfuls of the mixture on baking paper on the oven-tray.
9.place in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes.
you will know that they are cooked when they are starting to go brown at the edges.
10 Enjoy :)
