Fitness in lockdown

The next four weeks I have a fitness task I have to do everyday. It is always hard work. I do my fitness work at 4:00 pm. Here is my daily fitness work. Mondays are Recovery or fifa 11 + strength, Tuesdays are speed agility then ball work, Wednesdays are strength ball work, on Thursday speed endurance then ball work, then Friday is a rest day, Saturday is 4 times running around the park, Sunday is a rest day hope you enjoyed my fitness work From Toby:)
