Week 1 of Isolation
On Tuesday I learnt how to have a Zoom meeting with the Head of Coachimg for my Football Club. All my team mates were on the call, he checked if we were all doing our fitness plans. What I have been doing for my fitness is a Tempo run, then ball work and Fartek run for 30 minutes. I have been reading my new book Football Encyclopedia. On Sunday I made pan-cakes for my family, they were awesome and delicious. Toby

Hi Toby,
ReplyDeleteI have heard about Zoom but have not used it. Could you see everyone? I think that is what it is, am I correct? Your fitness sounds great - keep it up. I have been walking my two dogs.
Glad your pancakes were delicious and good on you for making them for all your family, maybe now make a cake and decorate it and post a photo :-)
Cheers
Leanne
Kia ora Toby,
ReplyDeleteIt is great to see you blogging over the holidays. I am really impressed your coach set up a Zoom meeting and you have been keeping up with training. Do you have regular zoom meetings together? It is great to hear you have started a new book! Is the book you have been reading by Clive Gifford? Yummy pancakes! I bet your family loved them.
Perhaps next time you could add a photo of one of the items you have mentioned in your post.
Keep up the great work Toby!
